A “New York ‘Crudo'”is a playful take on the raw fish dish with a distinctly New York spin, using pastrami spiced and cured gravlax, creme fraiche, everything seasoning, and fresh dill. All-beef cocktail franks, plus pastrami grilled cheese, and corned beef reuben sliders are also on the menu, plus cheesecake for dessert. Harkening back to Temple Bar’s legendary doorman also known as Disco, Disco Fries will also be served, topped with melted cheese and pastrami, to enjoy under the venu’s iconic Andy Warhol-designed disco ball.

To drink, fun, food-centric cocktails like the “Pickletini” served with vermouth, pickle brine and a Carnegie Deli pickle garnish and the “Pastrami Rye” with Cocchi Americano and Licor 43 served on the rocks with an orange twist.

“This collaboration is a perfect pairing of two iconic New York establishments,” said Sam Ross, Partner at Temple Bar. “We’re excited to offer our guests a taste of the past with a modern twist in a setting that evokes the glamour and sophistication of a bygone era.”
