During the day, the stunning ARIA Resort & Casino offers three different swimming pool areas for guests to sit in comfortable chaise lounges to enjoy the desert sunshine. There is a family pool, multiple cabanas and day beds to reserve, plus a pool bar and Liquid adult pool. The Sky Pool is available to only Sky Suite guests.

The Liquid Pool Lounge is for guests 21+. This upscale poolside pampering experience offers refreshing dipping pools, 8 Liquid secluded cabanas and multiple daybeds that frame the 1,200 square foot main pool. ARIA’s Pool Bar offers some of the best margaritas to sip in the sunlight. Friendly staff await to serve a specialty cocktail or ice-cold bucket of beer to enjoy with a full food menu and non alcohol beverage menu.

Besides offering an array of summer swim opportunities, world-class dining experiences include Jean-Georges Steakhouse, Din Tai Fung, Carbone and CATCH.

For one-night-only, Friday, June 23, Jean Georges Steakhouse will host a one-of-a-kind Silver Oak Cellars Wine Dinner. Celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will be in the kitchen with his team curating a multi-course dinner menu. Each course will be paired with Napa Valley’s most elite wine producer Silver Oak Cellars. 

Chef Vongerichten said, “It’s an honor to partner with Silver Oak Cellars for this wine pairing dinner at ARIA. I’ve been a fan of the wine brand for quite some time so to collaborate for a fun-filled evening of great food and drink while engaging with our diners is a night I am very much looking forward to.”

Silver Oak Third Generation Vintner Matt Duncan will guide guests through an array of wines for each course as Chef Vongerichten presents his summer favorites. 

“Silver Oak Cellars is recognized around the world for the distinct taste and quality of their Cabernet Sauvignon wines,” said MGM Resorts International Executive Director of Wine and Master Sommelier Douglas Kim. “Along with the incredible wines that will be poured at this dinner, the team will present a special reserve wine from their collection exclusively for guests.”

The special food and wine pairing menu includes a reception starting at 7 p.m. Guests will receive a flute of Gaston Chiquet ‘Tradition Premier Cru’ Brut Champagne to sip while enjoying canapés that include egg toast, crispy sushi, mushroom spring rolls and chicken satay.

Sitting down for a fine dining dinner, a glass of Twomey Cellars, Sauvignon Blanc, Napa and Sonoma County 2022 will be poured with Madai sashimi with summer peas and herbal buttermilk emulsion. Next, a pour of red Twomey Cellars, Pinot Noir, Monument Tree, Anderson Valley 2016 is paired with a plate of foie gras with a strawberry brulee with aged balsamic

A charred duck breast with tomato and mole will be enjoyed with a glass of Silver Oak, Library Release, Alexander Valley 2013 and Silver Oak, Library Release, Napa Valley 2013. Guests will get to learn about the two different wine regions, and how the grapes are different in making these two exceptional wines.

No one makes Wagyu beef crusted with pastrami spices like Chef Jean-Georges. He plates this with smoked potato puree and a pour of red wine jus. Diners will get to taste and learn about Ovid, Napa Valley 2019 and Ovid, Hexameter, Napa Valley 2019 wines from sommelier Douglas Kim.

Dessert is one of Chef Jean-Georges specialities and his rose glazed cherries with matcha sponge cake and dark chocolate ganache, will be served with a glass of Château Rieussec, Premier Cru Classé, Sauternes, France 2007.

Tickets to this event are $750 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Seating is limited and reservations are required by visiting Sevenrooms.

The next morning after breakfast, visit the full-service award-winning ARIA Spa and Salon. Not only did this spa receive the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award, it is also the largest Forbes Five-Star Spa in the world.

Surround yourself with Earth’s elements in a menu of massage and skincare treatments. Relax before or after a treatment on one of the Japanese stone Ganbanyoku beds. Tension will melt away as toxins are eliminated from your body. Feel how the warmth of the hard bed soothes muscles and accelerates metabolism, allowing increased circulation while heating your inner core. 

Off the locker room there are Aji stone walls, a tranquil water garden and natural light. Outside on a hidden balcony, perched above Aria’s three pools is a private infinity-edge therapy pool surrounded by a few lounge chairs.

Each spa treatment experience includes a visit to the orange, yellow and red healing Shio Salt Room. Lie on a lounge and breathe deeply while enjoying respiratory benefits from the illuminated wall of Shio salt bricks. Inside there are salt lamps, vibration therapy and radiant music for inspiring relaxation. 

Red Light Therapy service elevates any facial or massage with a deeper degree on stress reduction and relaxation. Treatments are performed on an OvationULT Zero Gravity Bed, designed to form to the body. This gets guests closer to the Red Light to provide the utmost effective treatment.

The Kalologie Medspa is adjacent to The Spa at ARIA. Guests can receive advanced medical spa treatments using the proprietary line of Kalologie clinical products. Services include CoolSculpting, B 12 Injections, Microneedling, Dermal Fillers and IV Hydration Therapy.
