On April 2, 1865, the Third Battle of Petersburg took place, when Union forces under the command of Ulysses S. Grant broke through Confederate battle lines and produced a decisive victory that set in motion the final stages of the Civil War. The loss of life was immense, with estimates of 1000 soldiers from both armies dying in the first thirty minutes of the battle. In the 1990’s, Pamplin Historical Park opened, with the aim of preserving this important Civil War battleground. Once opened, visitors began reporting paranormal phenomena, including EVPs, visible apparitions, and strange lights. Two of the buildings located on the property, Tudor Hall Plantation, and the nearby Hart House, are particularly active locations for visitors, who report anything from spirits wearing Civil War uniforms to the sounds of battle

Jack Osbourne and Katrina Weidman investigate the world’s most sinister haunted locations they suspect are gateways to the spirit world. They peer into the dark void of the unknown as they document evidence of paranormal activity and search for answers about the afterlife. This is the future of paranormal research, and Jack and Katrina are taking along a team of seasoned pros to record it all.
