For the ultimate indulgence, be sure to add on access to the Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge located on the eighth floor that includes five lavish presentations daily during set hours featuring breakfast, lunch, a light snack, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, and desserts and cordials.
Coffee, tea and juice, chips and pretzels, and freshly baked cookies are always available during the Club Lounge operating hours. There is a dedicated concierge located in the lounge available to assist guests with any specialty requests, including favorite cocktail preparations, or provide recommendations of things to do on or off property.
When it comes to dining, be sure to check out Jack Dusty, the property’s on-site waterfront seafood restaurant. The nautically designed eatery’s name offers a nod to the 18th-century naval store clerk.
Get started with one of their iconic cocktails like The Siren made with your choice of tequila, vodka, or gin, or stick with tradition and order up a classic martini.
Standout starters include smoked fish dip with crispy shallots, and their impressive raw bar selection that included fresh bivalves from Virginia the evening we visited. Other appetizers include Hamachi crudo, ceviche, blistered shishitos, and Jack’s fries made even better when topped with parmesan and garlic aioli.
For main events, a southern staple and one of their most popular dishes, according to our server, is their shrimp and grits filled with smoked shrimp served atop white cheddar grits. A tender New York strip was prepared to our medium rare request and was accompanied by a side of tasty Brussels sprouts, bacon, and balsamic.
Other dining establishments on the property include Lido Key Tiki Bar, The Golf Club Grille, and Ridley’s Porch Beachside Restaurant & Bar for casual fare located at The Ritz-Carlton Members Beach Club just three miles from the hotel.
