There’s absolutely nothing like summer in the Hamptons. And for those who want to go above and beyond, exclusive weekend experiences will offer one in a lifetime indulgences.

From Friday, July 12 to Saturday, July 13, ultra-luxury resort Rosewood Mayakoba is returning to the Hamptons from the Riviera May for a two-day residency at Topping Rose House. The pop-up will bring the spirit and flavors of its Mexican Caribbean to the idyllic gardens of Bridgehampton.

The colorful pop-up will feature a multi-course dining menu, cocktails from the award-winning Zapote Bar (recently ranked number 11 at the North America 50 Best Bar Awards)– and a tropics-inspired design takeover.

A DJ will bring Latin vibes and the resort’s Aqui me Quedo food truck will offer favorites like shrimp tacos, plus Yucatan-inspired craft cocktails and more.

A portion of proceeds from the residency benefit Centro Educativo K’iin Beh, Rosewood Mayakoba’s nonprofit school in Playa del Carmen that provides bilingual education to children in the community. Last year the event raised more than $10,000 for the K’iin Beh.

The two-day residency will take place from Friday, July 12 – Saturday, July 13 with daytime offerings in the garden from 12-3 p.m (Saturday only); and dinner Friday and Saturday from 5:30-10 p.m. Reservations for Rosewood Mayakoba’s summertime residency at Topping Rose House are available via Resy for lunch (two course menu priced at $68) or dinner (four course menu priced at $125).

From Friday, July 19 through Sunday, July 21, guests can visit a 21-acre private estate in The Hamptons (location to be disclosed via a personal concierge upon booking) to sip exclusive vintages and enjoy meals and culinary experiences led by acclaimed chef Francis Mallmann, known for his seven-fire concepts.

“Taking inspiration from Dom Pérignon’s latest creations, I’m thrilled to guide guests through a culinary journey where textures and flavors harmonize in unexpected ways,” said Chef Francis Mallmann. “Each dish will be an invitation to explore the nuanced depths of these spectacular vintages.”

The event will unveil highly anticipated latest vintages, the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 and Plénitude 2 (P2) 2006, which will be available to the general public in August.

This weekend is designed to explore the tactile nature of Dom Pérignon, uniting oenology and gastronomy.

“This experience with Chef Mallmann allows us to create a space where we celebrate the balance found in opposing forces, inviting guests to savor the convergence of exceptional culinary and champagne artistry while surrounded by the stunning ocean backdrop,” says Vincent Chaperon, Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon. “This Dom Pérignon encounter opens the door to a world of endless possibilities, brought to life through the rare prestige of our latest Vintages.”

Dinner is $4,000 per person each night, and guests will be taken on a culinary journey riffing on interplay between bold and delicate elements.

Following this weekend, more Dom Pérignon explorations will be hosted in New York City, Chicago and Washington D.C. with chefs selected to epitomize the essence of harmony and tactility.
