Nam ya khati, a fish curry with a rich coconut milk base and a blend of spices is available everywhere in Southern Thailand. It’s typically eaten with khanom jin, a variety of fresh soft rice noodles, transforming into the dish khanom jin nam ya khati. Vlogger (and author of our new Thailand From the Source book) Mark Wiens travelled to Krabi to find out more about the dish.
