I would love for you to eat #withme in this video. Feel free to sit down for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or grab a big snack. Let’s eat together! #Bangkok #ThaiFood

BANGKOK, THAILAND – In this video I’ll share with you everything that I eat in one full day at home in Bangkok, Thailand. This is the life of a food vloggger when I’m at home – and not traveling. When I’m traveling it’s a totally different lifestyle – being out and running around the entire day from morning to night. But at home, this is a typical day for me, during this time.

Breakfast – I usually almost always eat a bowl of oatmeal, topped with all sorts of different nuts and fruits.

Lunch – When at home in Bangkok, Thailand, I’m fortunate to have my mother in law who is an outstanding Thai cook. Today she made gaeng some (recipe here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gl-729VkmNY) and nam prik kap (shrimp paste chili dip, recipe here: https://youtu.be/y4YKSgkWdTA). I’ve also been eating a lot of vegetables and fruits.

Dinner – For dinner I had some leftover gaeng som curry, and my wife made a simple, yet outstanding shrimp salad using herbs from our garden.

That concludes everything I ate in one day at home in Bangkok, Thailand as a food vlogger.

Thank you for watching this video, and hope you’re doing well and keeping safe.
