Few chefs have defined corporate-hip hotel dining as much as Jason Atherton has over the past 10 years. Ian Schrager has installed him in EDITION hotels in New York, Shanghai and London, the InterContinental Dubai Marina hosts an outpost of his Social brand, and last week he came to Grosvenor Square, to the new Biltmore Mayfair, the first European opening for Hilton’s new five-star deluxe LXR Hotels & Resorts group.
