Food & Drink
Maggie Louise Confections in Austin makes tiny foods, like sushi and burgers, out of chocolate. The chocolatiers start by painting molds of objects or foods, then filling it with a layer of chocolate. After leaving a career in law to open the confectionary shop, owner Maggie Louise wanted to find an imaginative way to present the sweet treats.
